左氧氟沙星临床应用的不良反应分析

An Analysis on Adverse Reaction of Levofloxacin in Clinical Application

目的：分析左氧氟沙星在临床应用中的不良反应。方法：搜集2012年7月-2014年7月医院接收的使用左氧氟沙星进行治疗的164例患者,对其临床应用中发生的不良反应进行总结性分析。结果：女性发病率高于男性,且多发生于年龄20-25岁、26-30岁;静脉给药发生率较高,联合用药发生率较高,皮肤过敏、胃肠道反应发生率较高,差异较大,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：必须加强对左氧氟沙星临床应用中不良反应的重视,规范用药,增强用药安全性。

This paper aims at analyzing the adverse reaction of levofloxacin in clinical application by using data collected from 164 cases who had received the treatment of levofloxacin from July of 2012 to July of 2014 in hospital of Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology. The results show that the rate of female morbidity is higher than that of the male, and the age of morbidity mostly ranges from 20 years old to 30 years old ; intravenous medication combined with higher incidence, higher incidence of skin allergies, gastrointestinal reaction rate is higher. The Difference of the results is bigger and the results have statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. So we must attach great importance to the adverse reaction of using levofloxacin in clinical application and use drugs appropriately to ensure the medication security.
