摘要
本文详细阐述了储罐的一种新型工艺即栓接玻璃钢储罐的材料工艺和安装工艺。储罐主体壁板采用表面被涂衬3!左右有机玻璃纤维的钢板,接缝连接方式是螺栓连接,密封方式采用瑞士Sika聚氨酯密封胶封闭。安装工艺包括了储罐底部与基础连接,水平接缝和纵向接缝的密封胶填充,壁板连接,顶板组装和安装,罐壁现场开孔和管口安装。
This paper elaborates on a new type of process that bolting material technology and installation process of glass-fused-to-steel storage tanks. Tank wall body uses steel plate that its surface is coated with about 3 thickness organic glass fiber, the joint is connected with bolts, sealed by Swiss Sika polyurethane sealant. Installation process includes connection of the tank bottom with the base, sealant filled of horizontal joint and longitudinal joint, connection of wall sheet, assembly and installation of the top roof plate, hole opening and installation of pipes on site.
