加强军队地震应急医学救援力量建设的探讨

Discussion on strengthening the construction of earthquake emergency medical relief ability of armed forces

概述军队地震应急医学救援力量的种类,通过对16名卫勤专家进行咨询,进而论证分析得出军队对参与地震应急救援力量的应用存在不合理,尤其在力量筹划、部署和训练等方面。对如何加强军队地震应急医学救援力量建设提出建议,以期为军队应急医学救援力量建设提供一定的借鉴。

This paper described the types of medical emergency relief of armed forces in earthquake. Through consulting 16 med- ical experts, this paper proved that there are unreasonable factors for armed forces applying earthquake emergency forces in medical re- lief, especially in power planning, deployment and training, etc. Putting forward advices for strengthening the construction of medical e- mergency relief of armed forces, so as to provide some references for construction of earthquake emergency medical relief of armed forces.
