马来酸酐、马来酸二丁酯和丙烯酸共聚物的合成及其对SiC减水性能研究

摘要 根据减水剂作用机理,用马来酸酐、马来酸二丁酯和丙烯酸为原料,合成了其三元共聚物的钠盐(PMMANa),探讨了合成条件对聚合物减水性能的影响,用正交实验确定了最佳合成条件:单位配比酯∶酐∶酸为3∶4∶4,引发剂用量为2%,单体总量为20%,温度为70℃,链转移剂用量为3.0%。最佳合成条件下制备的PMMANa减水率为35.19%,其减水效果高于阴离子型减水剂PAANa。 According to action mechanism of water-reducer,the sodium salt of the terpolymer(PMMANa) was synthesized with maleic anhydride and diisobutyl maleate and acrylic acid as raw materials. The effects of synthesis conditions to water-reducing performance of the polymer were studied, the optimum synthesis conditions with orthogonal experiment were confirmed: the matching ester:anhydride:acid was 3∶4∶4, the dosage of initiator was 2%,the total amount of the monomers was 20%,the temperature was 70 ℃,the dosage of chain transfer agent was 3.0%.The water-reducing rate of the PMMANa synthesized at the optimum synthesis conditions was 35.19%, the water-reducing rate was higher than PAANa.
