摘要
随着煤矿开采深度不断增加,开采难度不断加大,复杂的地质构造成为制约煤矿生产的重要因素之一,由此造成的采掘接替问题日趋严重。针对陈四楼煤矿21211改造巷在短距离掘进过程中多次遇到大断层,其断层构造发育、落差大、断层带破碎,应力集中,通过对掘进设备、施工工艺、支护方式、过断层方案及劳动组织等相关技术进行研究,确定采用综掘机掘进为主,辅助炮掘的快速掘进技术,实现了高应力复杂地段巷道的快速掘进,保证了采掘正常接替。
As coal mine increasing mining depth, mining difficulty increasing, complex geological structure was one of key factor to restrict mine production, mining succeed problem was getting serious. Based on Chensilou Mine 21211 transformed lane came across large fault in short distant mining, with fault structure development, big fall, fault zone, stress concentration, by studying tunneling equipment, construction technology, supporting, the design of crossing fault, the labor organization and related technology, mainly with mechanized mining machine, assisted with blasting rapid mining, which realized rapid mining under high stress roadway complex roadway, ensured the normal mining.
