摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定不同产地老鹳草中的没食子酸含量,比较其含量差异,采用的流动相为乙腈-0.1 mol/L磷酸(2∶98),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为272 nm。结果表明,没食子酸对照品溶液在10~120μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,浓度与峰面积的回归方程为:A=19.112c-125.47,相关系数r2=0.999 7,平均回收率为101.33%,RSD为1.04%。由此建立的高效液相色谱法可以简便、快速、准确地测定不同产地老鹳草中没食子酸的含量。
The contents of gallic acid in geranium from different areas were determined by HPLC method, the content differences of gallic acid between them were compared with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1mol/L phosphoric acid solution(2∶98), a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength of 272 nm. Results show that the standard solution of gallic acid show a good linear relationship at the range of 10 - 120μg/mL, the regression equations of the relationship between concentration and peak area was A=19.112c-125.47, r2= 0.999 7, and the average recovery was 101.33%,RSD was 1.04%. The method used to determine the content of gallic acid in geranium is simple, rapid and accurate.
