摘要
摩擦提升是基于挠性体摩擦传动原理而实现的,提升系统设计若不合理,就会产生恶性相对滑动,将会导致严重的生产事故。为了避免这种恶性滑动,设计过程中采用增加围包角α、增加摩擦因数μ、增加轻载侧提升钢丝绳拉力T2、限制钢丝绳的张力比等方法,来避免摩擦提升系统的恶性相对滑动。
Friction improvement based on flexible body friction transmission principle, malignant relative sliding would happen if hoisting system was unreasonable, which would probably lead to serious production accident. In order to avoid malignant relative sliding, increasing the circumference angle α, increasing the friction factor μ, increasing the light load side rope pulling force T2, limiting wire rope tension ratio were adopted to avoid malignant relative sliding in friction hoisting system.
