摘要
教师价值体系是教师区别于其他职业群体的重要形态,也是维护教师形象的重要载体所在。然而,由于社会变迁和经济发展的冲击,教师价值体系正逐渐异化,诸多矮化教师形象的观念正在教师价值体系中滋生暗长。因此,本文以哈贝马斯的批判理论为基础,解析了教师价值体系重建面临的功利主义价值取向和教师主体性迷失的现实挑战,进而提出通过开启解放观点的教学思维和发展教师批判的教学意识来重构教师的价值体系。
Teachers' value system is not just an important form distinguished with other occupational group,but is also the vital carrier for maintaining teachers' image.However,with the social transformation and economic development impact,teachers' value system is being alienation,and teachers' image is being tarnished following many narrow and constraining views.Therefore,this study based on the foundation of Habermas' critical theory,analysis the current challenges which are utilitarianism orientation and subjectivity lost to seek the ways of reconstructing teachers' value system that is emancipating the teacher's mind and developing teachers' critical thinking awareness in their teaching.
