摘要
总体而言,与其他学科相比,教育学本科总体就业率较低;但学前教育专业却一枝独秀,就业率遥遥领先。究其原因,主要是由于教育学本科毕业生供给大于需求、人才培养目标与就业需求相脱节、学前教育的大力发展等因素。于是提出了以就业为导向,调节供求、调整教育学本科培养目标和调整专业设置的改善策略。
Overall,comparing with other disciplines,the overall employment rate of undergraduates of educational discipline is lower,but the employment rate of preschool education is far ahead.The reasons for the phenomenon mainly include the supply of undergraduates of educational discipline being greater than the demand,the goal of talent cultivation being divorced from employment demand,the greater development of preschool education and so on.Then the article puts forward three employment-oriented strategies including adjusting the supply and demand,adjusting the goal of talent cultivation and adjusting the specialty setup.
