84例重症手足口病伴神经系统损伤患儿脑脊液分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析重症手足口病伴有神经系统损伤患儿脑脊液常规和生化检查结果,为早期识别危重症手足口病患儿提供指导。方法:回顾性分析2014年4~7月,桂林医学院附属医院儿科伴有神经系统症状重症手足口病患儿的一般临床资料和脑脊液常规生化检查测定数据。结果:84例重症患儿脑脊液白细胞计数增高65例(77.38%),脑脊液白细胞数、分类及生化检查结果在各年龄组比较差异无统计学意义,脑脊液改变大体符合病毒性脑炎。结论:重症手足口病患儿伴有神经系统损伤的脑脊液以病毒性脑炎改变多见,早期进行脑脊液检查有利于重症患儿的早期诊断及治疗。 Objective:To provide direction to early identification of children with severe hand-footmouth disease(HFMD)by analysis of cerebral spinal fluid(CSF)and biochemical test in children with HFMD associated with nervous system damage.Methods:The clinical data and CSF routine biochemical examination of children with severe HFMD associated with nervous system damage were retrospectively analyzed from Apr.to Jul.2014 in the pediatrics,affiliated hospital of Guilin Medical University.Results:84cases of children with severe CSF leukocyte count increased in 65cases(77.38%).The comparative CFS leukocyte count,classification and biochemical differences in all age groups had no statistical significance.CFS change in general accorded with viral encephalitis.Conclusion:Children with severe HFMD accompanied by nervous system damage CSF line with viral encephalitis change.The early CSF examination is helpful to early diagnosis and treatment of critically ill children.
