维生素B_1足三里封闭联合恢复操对开腹胆道手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复的影响

The effect of vitamin B_1 foot three mile closed joint restore gymnastics in the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with open biliary surgery

目的：探讨维生素B1足三里封闭联合恢复体操对开腹胆道手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法：将91例开腹胆道手术患者随机分为观察组45和对照组46例。对照组给予常规护理,并用维生素B1100mg予双足三里封闭,连续3d。观察组在此基础上于术后第1天即由责任护士指导练习功能恢复体操,3次/d,10～15min/次,连续3d。结果：观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间均早于对照组（P〈0.05）,腹胀发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：维生素B1足三里封闭联合恢复体操可有效促进胆道术后患者胃肠功能恢复。

Objective：To evaluate the vitamin B1 foot three mile closed joint restore gymnastics in the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with open biliary surgery.Methods：91cases of open biliary surgery patients were randomly divided into observation group（45cases）and control group（46cases）.Control group given conventional nursing care,and use vitamin B1 foot three mile closed 100 mg in 3consecutive days.Observation group on the basis of in postoperative 1dfunction recovery which directed by nurse practice gymnastics,3times a day,each time 10～15min,3days in a row.Results：observation group postoperative bowel sound recovery time,anus exhaust time,defecate time was earlier than the that of control group（P〈0.01）,the incidence of abdominal distension significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Vitamin B1 foot three mile closed joint restore gymnastics can effectively promote the biliary postoperative patients with gastrointestinal function recovery.
