Nek2与肿瘤及其耐药性研究进展

摘要 Nek2是NIMA相关蛋白激酶家族中一个成员,是一种特殊的染色体不稳定(chromosomal instability,CIN)基因,Nek2蛋白是调节有丝分裂进程关键的蛋白,在中心体分离、纺锤体形成和有丝分裂进程中起重要作用。笔者分别从Nek2在肿瘤染色体不稳定、有丝分裂纺锤体组装监控点、中心体分裂和肿瘤耐药性中所起的作用来阐述Nek2与肿瘤的关系。 Nek2is a member of the NIMA-related kinases family,a kind of chromosomal instability gene,and an essential regulator of mitosis,it plays an important role in the centrosome splitting,formation of spindle and mitosis.This review aims to elucidate that Nek2 plays an important role in chromosomal instability,spindle assembly checkpoint,centrosome splitting and drug resistance,then illustrate the relationship between Nek2 and cancers.
