政府的重视程度、无偿献血的宣传力度和深度、群众对无偿献血的信任、临床用血的快速增长及不合理的临床用血等是影响临床用血的主要因素。查找影响临床用血的原因,并用统计学方法建立临床机构用血需求调配数学预测模型来预测需求量,寻找科学的解决办法,为制定行之有效的血源管理对策提供理论依据。

Objective：The attention degree of the government,the strength and depth of propaganda on voluntary blood donation,the trust of blood donors,the rapid growth and irrational use were the main factors which affecting the blood for clinical use.It is very necessary and important to investigate the blood demand in clinical institutions,to understand impact factors,and to establish mathematical prediction model of blood demand deployment for clinical institutions by statistical methods.
