紫外可见分光光度法快速测定苯硫酚

摘要 设计合成一种全新的苯硫酚检测探针。以试卤灵钠为主要原料,在三乙胺催化下与2,4-二硝基氯苯合成了7-(2’,4’-二硝基苯氧基)-3H-吩噁嗪-3-酮,产率为41.7%。在pH7.4的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,该化合物能与苯硫酚发生亲核取代反应,反应体系在可见光区2=580nm处有强吸收。该探针测定苯硫酚的线性范围为0.1-20μmol/L,检出限为8.9×10^-8mol/L,精密度为3.7%(n=8),回收率为106%。该方法可快速检测环境及生物体中的苯硫酚。 A kind of brand-new thiophenoldetection probe was designed and synthesised. 7-Hydroxy-3H-phenoxazin- 3-one sodium salt as main materials, catalyzed in triethylamine, a new chemodosimeter 7-(2' ,4' -dinitrophenoxy)-3H- phenoxazin-3-one was synthetized to determine thiophenol, the yield was 41.7%. It showed that in pH 7.4 phosphate buffer solution, the compound could be reacted with thiophenol, the reaction system had a strong absorption in the visible region of 580 nm, the absorbance increase was linearly with thiophenol concentration from 0.1μmol / L to 20 μmol / L with a detection limit of 8.9 × 10^-8 mol/L. The precision was 3.7%(n=8), and the recovery rate was 106%. This method provides an effective means for the detection of environmentand organisms of thiophenol.
