采用规范研究方法,从创新驱动改革试验区对研发的作用机制入手,对我国建立创新驱动改革试验区的现状及问题进行探究,分析研发机制的现状,从完善创新驱动改革试验区的建设角度对提高自主创新的科研能力提出建议,认为高强度的研发投入有助于迅速提升技术水平,通过建立此类试验区也将带动技术研发创新、促进经济增长、提升国家竞争力。
