高校科技国际化的聚类与典型模式分析

基于2001~2011年75所典型高校科技国际化的7个指标数据,应用模糊K—均值聚类分析方法,对75所高校分成进行了聚类分析。对数据的统计分析表明,75所高校分布在5个类别,特征值鲜明突出,科学地反映了各学校的历史沿革、学科特色、科技活动现状、比较优势和努力方向。说明该评价方法和分析模型适用于分析高校的科技能力的国际化评价,利于高校之间找出差别,准确定位,为发展规划提供决策和支持。

Based on a typical 75 University Technology cosmopolitan 7index data from 2001-2009,the fuzzy K-means clustering analysis method has been applied in the establishment of a statistic model to evaluate the internationalization level.Statistical analysis of the data showed that 75 colleges and universities located in 5categories,eigenvalues show distinct prominent,reflecting the history of each university,subject characteristics,status of science technology activities,comparative advantage and strategic development direction.Description of the evaluation methods and analytical models has been proved to be scientific and suitable for the analysis of university evaluation of international scientific and technological capabilities,which will help identify the differences between universities,accurate positioning,support strategic planning and decision-making.
