装备制造业产业是为国民经济建设提供技术装备的基础产业,通过构建技术创新支撑体系,推动装备制造业实现新的跨越。阐述了装备制造业产业发展环境与技术创新的正相关关系,重点分析了当前科技型小微企业困境,最后提出了辽宁科技型小微企业技术创新的路径选择。

The equipment manufacturing industry is the foundation industry to provide technical support for the national economic construction.It will promote the realization of a new leap of equipment manufacturing industry by the construction of supporting system of technological innovation.This paper describes the positive correlation between Industrial development environment and technological innovation problems of the equipment manufacturing industry,and focuses on analysis of the current predicament of the technological innovation of Technology-based small and micro enterprises;finally puts forward the path choice of the technological innovation of Technologybased small and micro enterprises in Liaoning.
