摘要 低热值煤种掺烧对锅炉效率、厂用电率、供电煤耗、污染物排放、检修维护费、堆场热值损失及配煤成本等均有一定的影响,在评估低热值煤掺烧的经济效益时应综合考虑这些因素,以确定综合发电成本和利润。对某电厂的实际计算结果表明,当低热值烟煤与电厂常用煤的标煤差价分别在100、90元/t以上时,每年分别掺烧相当于标煤13.6%、10%比例的低热值烟煤,可能实现综合发电成本的经济性平衡,为电厂带来一定的经济效益。 Co-firing with low calorific coal in power plants has a certain effect on boiler efficiency,auxiliary power consumption rate,pollutant emission,maintenance cost,storage yard heat loss,coal blending cost and other indexes.During economic benefit evaluation for low calorific coal mixed burning,the effects of all a-bove factors should be comprehensively considered,to ascertain the comprehensive power generation cost and benefits.The practical calculation for a power plant shows that,when the standard coal price difference between the low calorific bituminous coal and commonly used coal is greater than 100 yuan/t and 90 yuan/t,co-firing the low calorific bituminous coal with 13.6% and 10% of the standard coal amount can realize economic balance of the power generation cost,respectively.
