燃用高硫煤W火焰锅炉结焦与炉效综合治理 被引量:12

摘要 某燃用高硫无烟煤W火焰锅炉,日常运行存在结焦严重、锅炉效率低等问题,通过适当提高运行氧量、降低A/D磨煤机煤粉细度、关小乏气挡板、开大燃烧器B风门、关小燃烧器F风门等优化调整后,排烟温度由148.9℃降至145.4℃,CO含量由675μL/L降至37μL/L,飞灰含碳量由5.00%降至2.87%,未燃碳损失由2.49%降至1.74%,锅炉热效率由89.82%提高至90.93%,观火孔处挂焦量明显减少,捞渣机处渣量明显增多,锅炉掉焦次数减少,炉膛结焦状况明显改善。 Serious problems of slagging and low thermal efficiency occurred on a W-shaped flame high-sulfur coal fired boiler.Thus,several countermeasures were taken to carry out optimization adj ustment for this boiler,such as properly increasing the operation oxygen content,reducing the coal fineness,closing down the exhaust air damper,opening up the"B"air damper and closing down the"F"air damper.After that,the exhaust temperature dropped from 148.9 ℃ to 145.4 ℃,the CO concentration reduced from 675μL/L to 37μL/L,the carbon content in fly ash decreased from 5.00% to 2.87%,the unburned carbon loss declined from 2.49% to 1.74%,and the boiler thermal efficiency increased from 89.82% to 90.93%.Furthermore, the slagging amount around the fire hole decreased dramatically,while that at the slag-dredger increased sharply.The slagging problem in furnace was significantly improved.
