摘要
目的分析胚胎停育与绒毛组织细胞染色体异常的关系,为临床诊治提供可靠的依据。方法对81例胚胎停育患者无菌条件下取绒毛组织进行细胞培养及染色体核型分析。结果 81例胚胎停育绒毛组织中培养成功77例,失败4例。其中,检出染色体核型异常18例,检出率为23.38%。结论胚胎绒毛染色体异常是引起胚胎停育的重要因素,故绒毛组织细胞遗传学分析对查明流产原因,合理指导下次妊娠有重要意义。
Objective:To explore the relationship between embryo development arrest and chromosomal aberration in villous tissue,so as to provide reliable evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods:Chorionic villi were taken from 81 patients with embryo development arrest under sterile condition. The isolated cells were culture and their chromosome karyotype was analyzed. Results:Cells isolated from 77 patients were successfully cultured and 4 isolates failed to grow. Of the 77 successfully cultured isolates,18 exhibited aberrant chromosome karyotypes with an aberrant rate of 23.38%. Conclusion:Chromosomal aberration of chorionic villi cells is a key factor for embryo development arrest and cytogenetic analysis of chorionic villous tissue is of significant importance for the identification of causes of miscarriage and second pregnancy.
