摘要
技术目前,两种技术处于并驾齐驱的发展阶段,传统的滑步推铅球技术仍被许多运动员采用。在理论上,旋转推铅球可以取得比滑步推铅球更远的投掷距离。
To data, the standards of performance achieved with the two technique have been roughly equal. Though the more traditional linear technique continues to be favoured by the majority of shot putters, it should--in theory --be possible to achieve greater distances with the rotational technique.
