“三农”问题视域下的农村社区建设

将农村社区建设置于"三农"问题的视域下加以审视与分析实有必要,本文在论证这种必要性的基础上,分别分析了"三农"问题的三个方面与农村社区建设的具体关系,在此基础上,得出如下启示意义:将农村社区建设置于"三农"问题的视域下加以审视与分析,一是有助于确保理论上理解的正确性、增加对农村社区建设的多元、立体化认识;二是有助于确定农村社区建设的重要性,增加对农村社区建设紧迫性的认识;三是有助于确定农村社区建设的目标与内容,方式与方法,增强理论指导实践的能力。

It is necessary to put the rural community construction under the view of the three rural issues to analysis.Based on the necessity of this, this paper respectively analyzes “the specific relationship be- tween three aspects of three rural issues” and the con- struction of rural community, and then, we get such im- plications： to put the rural community construction under the view of the three rural issues, first is to ensure correct understanding of the theory, increase awareness of multiple, three-dimensional for the rural community construction; second is to help determine the importance of rural community construction, in- crease the understanding urgency of the rural communi- ty construction; third is to help determine the content and target, ways and methods of rural community con- struction, to enhance the ability of the theory to guide the practice.
