具有航运特色的国际金融教学改革研究——以上海海事大学为例

Research of international financial teaching reform with shipping characteristics——with Shanghai maritime university as example

上海"两个中心"和自贸区的建设亟需一批既懂金融又懂航运的复合型人才,而一般高校的国际金融课程教学安排已不能满足培养航运金融复合型人才的要求。为此,本文提出具有航运特色的国际金融课程教学改革的基本思路:以注重培养学生的微观实务操作能力为明确的教学目标;整合教学内容,"求同存异",突出航运特色;运用启发式、互动式的教学手段和方法;以及"理论+论文+实践"的综合考核方式。

Construction of Shanghai “two centers” and the FreeTrade Area, a number of complex talents un- derstanding both finance and shipping are needed. But international financial arrangements for general uni- versity teaching cannot meet the requirements of training shipping finance talents. To this end, this paper presents the basic reform idea on international shipping finance course： to focus on students＇ micro operated practical ability as teaching objectives; in- tegrate teaching content to seek common ground while reserving differences, and highlight the shipping characteristics; using heuristics, interactive style of teaching tools and methods; and use integrated as- sessment methods——“ theory＋papers ＋ practice”.
