经桡动脉穿刺进行椎动脉狭窄支架成形术的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察桡动脉穿刺进行椎动脉狭窄支架成形术的有效应和安全性。方法 11例经过脑血管造影确定为椎动脉狭窄并具有手术适应证的患者,进行桡动脉穿刺行椎动脉狭窄支架成形术。结果 11例患者均完成椎动脉狭窄支架成形术,术后狭窄均得到缓解,无手术并发症发生。结论桡动脉途径进行椎动脉狭窄支架成形术治疗可能是一种安全有效的治疗方法,可避免因动脉迂曲而导致的介入治疗失败。 Objective To observe the safety and feasibility of vertebral artery stenosis stenting by transradial artery puncture. Methods Eleven patients with vertebral artery stenosis were present the stenting at vertebral artery stenosis by transradial artery. Results The degree of vertebral artery stenosis in all patients were decreased and the eleveb patients have no complications related to operation. Conclusion Stenting by transradial artery puncture is a safety and feasibility method for vertebral artery stenosis.
