Determination of fenvalerate in vegetables by enhanced fluorimetry

摘要 目的建立蔬菜中氰戊菊酯残留的增敏荧光法。方法在氰戊菊酯溶液中加入适量BR缓冲溶液(p H 5.0)和1.0%吐温-20溶液,50℃水浴30 min后,在激发波长225 nm、发射波长305 nm处进行荧光测定。结果在5.5×10-3~65×10-3μg/ml的线性范围内,该方法所得氰戊菊酯的回归方程为y=2 667.3x+110.0,r=0.999 3。该方法的检出限为2.8×10-3μg/ml,平均回收率为91.7%~106.3%,RSD为2.0%~5.1%。结论该方法具有快速简便,稳定性好,检出限低的优点,灵敏度和精密度均较高,适用于蔬菜中氰戊菊酯残留的检测。 Objective To develop an analytical method by fluorimetry for the determination of fenvalerate in vegetables.Methods In the BR buffer medium(p H 5.0) and in the presence of Tween-20, 50 ℃ water bath for 30 min, fenvalerate was determined with fluorimetry at λex=225 nm, λem=305 nm. Results The linear relationship between fluorescence intensity and concentration of fenvalerate was kept in the range of 5.5 ×10-3-65 ×10-3μg/ml. The correlation coefficient was 0.999 3, the detection limit was 2.8×10-3μg/ml, the rates of recovery were 91.7%-106.3%, the RSDs were 2.0%-5.1%. Conclusion This method is sensitive, accurate and applicable to the determination of fenvalerate in vegetable with satisfactory results.
