摘要
通过对传统实证研究的信效度形式进行一些改造,就能够将信效度评估这一经典的方法应用到管理案例研究中,从而推动管理案例研究规范性的发展。案例研究的信效度包括可信任性、内部效度、外部效度。其中可信任性包括描述的准确性、完整性和客观性3个维度;内部效度包括解释效度、理论效度、归纳的广度、归纳的深度4个维度;外部效度包括理论饱和度、适用性与启发性3个维度。
The classic analysis of reliability and validity analysis can be spread to case study,which can promote the development of normative in case study.Reliability and validity of the case study include:Trustworthiness,internal validity and external validity.Trustworthiness has three dimensions:the accuracy of description,the integrity of description and the objective of description.Internal validity has four dimensions:interpretation validity,theory validity,the breadth of inductive reasoning and the depth of inductive reasoning.External validity has two dimensions:abstract and the breadth of application.
