本土研发团队内社会阻抑与团队知识共享 被引量:5

Social Undermining and Knowledge Sharing in R&D Teams

摘要 基于消极人际互动视角并考虑团队任务情境,构建了社会阻抑与团队知识共享的概念模型,并通过选取本土企业75个研发团队的配对样本,运用层级回归分析对假设进行验证。研究结果发现,社会阻抑与团队知识共享显著负相关,但是这种负向关系取决于团队任务情境(即任务相依性)。具体地,在低任务相依性的团队中,社会阻抑与团队知识共享显著负相关;而在高任务相依性的团队中,相关关系不显著。 Integrating negative social interaction and team task context,the paper construct the concept model of social undermining and team knowledge sharing.On the basis of the hypothetical model,we tested it by means of 75 dyad samples of the leaders and their subordinates from local firms' team.Results of the analyses suggest that social undermining has a negative impact on team knowledge sharing.In addition,task interdependence has obvious function of adjusting the effect of social undermining on team knowledge sharing.
