摘要 基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱技术作为蛋白质组学分析方法,具有高通量、高敏感度、操作简单、快速获得结果、可自建数据库等特点。该技术应用于感染性疾病病原鉴定及耐药检测,对临床感染患者的及时诊治意义重大。本文通过介绍该技术对菌种、无菌部位等各类标本的病原微生物进行快速鉴定及耐药检测的研究现状,探讨其面临的挑战和应用前景。 Matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF-MS)works as a method for proteomics analysis with characteristics of high throughput, high sensitivity, simple operation, quick results and the self-built database. This technology has been applied in infectious disease pathogen identification and detection of drug resistance, and is of great significance to timely diagnosis and treatment. By introducing the research status of the technology in its quick identification and drug resistance detection of pathogenic microorganisms of such specimens as strains and sterile, this paper discusses its challenges and application prospects.
