转运蛋白(18kDa)及其配体在不同神经系统疾病中的作用

Roles of TSPO and Its Ligands in Different Neurologic Diseases

摘要 转运蛋白(18 kDa)(相对分子质量为18 000)主要定位于线粒体外膜,参与细胞的多种功能,如胆固醇转运、类固醇激素合成、线粒体呼吸、线粒体渗透性转运孔开放、凋亡和细胞增殖等。本文就转运蛋白的命名由来、分子结构、分布、生理作用及其在某些神经系统相关疾病的作用作一简要阐述,为临床进一步研究神经系统疾病的靶向药物提供新的思路。 translocator protein(TSPO, Mr 18 000) was primarily localized in the outer mitochondrial membrane and involved in various mitochondrial functions, including cholesterol transport and steroid hormone synthesis, mitochondrial respiration, mitochondrial permeability transition pore opening, apoptosis, and cell proliferation. This review focused on the molecular structure, distribution, physiological role and possible roles in some pathological disorders.
