机械力作用下细胞骨架及相关信号传导通路应答机制

摘要 正畸矫治力作用牙周组织,可触发多条胞外及胞内信号传导网络,致人牙周膜成纤维细胞(human periodontal ligament fibroblast,HPLF)产生或分泌多种细胞因子,产生牙周组织有序性修复及改建,牙齿得以向特定方向移动.已发现的信号通路包括细胞膜离子通道,G蛋白偶联通路,JNK通路等[2].近年,机械应力与细胞骨架改建,细胞骨架与相关细胞信号传导通路等研究受到学者关注.
