甘草浸膏粉联合地塞米松超声雾化对老年性肺炎临床疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨地塞米松和甘草浸膏粉雾化吸入对老年性肺炎患者的治疗效果.方法选取2013年12月至2014年3月入住昆明市第二人民医院呼吸与危重症科的40例老年肺炎患者作为研究对象.40例老年肺炎患者随机分为2个治疗组,在常规静脉滴注抗生素治疗的情况下,治疗Ⅰ组(n=20)地塞米松和甘草浸膏粉联合超声雾化吸入;治疗Ⅱ组(n=20)为地塞米松单一超声雾化吸入.比较2组患者心率恢复患病前水平的时间、体温和白细胞恢复正常的时间,咳嗽停止的时间,胸片检查肺部浸润性阴影消失的时间.结果 2组治疗均取得成功,治疗Ⅰ组,在咳嗽停止和胸部炎症阴影消失的时间(d)方面优于治疗Ⅱ组(P<0.05).结论与单一使用地塞米松组相比,甘草浸膏粉联合小剂量地塞米松治疗老年性肺炎的效果显著. Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ultrasonic atomization of licorice extract powder combined with dexamethasone on senile pneumonia. Methods Forty patients with senile pneumonia in the 2nd people's hospital of Kunming from December 2013 to March 2014 were selected as research subjects. The patients with senile pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups: licorice extract powder combined with dexamethasone group(n =20) and dexamethasone group(n =20). The time spending in recovering the heart rate, body temperature and WBC,the disappearing time of cough and the disappearing time of invasive shadow in lung by chest film examination were compared between two groups. Results All patients in two groups were cured successfully.Licorice extract powder combined with dexamethasone group showed better than dexamethasone group in the disappearing time of cough and the disappearing time of invasive inflammation shadow in lung by chest film examination(P0.05). Conclusion Licorice extract powder combined with dexamethasone treatment is more effective for senile pneumonia than single dexamethasone treatment.
