高频超声评价H型高血压颈动脉弹性功能的临床价值 被引量:3

摘要 心血管疾病,如高血压心脏病、冠心病、脑中风、动脉硬化性肾脏疾病和周围血管疾病等,目前已成为威胁人类健康的严重问题,认识和治疗早期动脉病变,及时采取干预措施,对于预防临床心血管事件极为重要.颈动脉可以反映全身动脉硬化情况,检测其弹性功能对动脉粥样硬化预防和治疗有重要意义.
