摘要
目的探讨老年人颈椎骨折围手术期的综合护理模式。方法回顾性分析37例老年人颈椎骨折围手术期的临床护理资料,包括心理护理、预防并发症护理、体位护理、巡回护理、术后管道护理、康复护理等。结果 37例患者预后较好,均未出现其他新增并发症。结论根据患者个体情况制定相应的综合护理模式,其中心理护理及预防并发症的护理应在模式中得到充分体现。
Objective To explore the perioperative comprehensive care model of cervical spine fractures in older adults. Methods The 37 cases were retrospectively analyzed perioperative clinical nursing data of cervical spine fractures in older adults,including psychological nursing,preventing complications,nursing and posture nursing,nursing,postoperative nursing,rehabilitation nursing,etc. Results The 37 patients prognosis was good,no other additional complications occurred. Conclusion Formulate corresponding comprehensive care model according to individual patients condition,psychological nursing and prevention of complications should be fully embodies in the pattern.
