支气管哮喘-阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停重叠综合征的研究进展

Research Progress of Asthma-Obstructive Sleep Apnea Overlap Syndrome

支气管哮喘(bronchial asthma,BA)和阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(obstructive sleep apnea,OSA)均是严重危及飞行安全的呼吸系统疾病。二者共存于同一个体上,称为重叠综合征(overlap syndrome,OS)。本文对BA-OSA重叠综合征的流行病学、发病机制、诊断及治疗策略的国内外研究动态进行综述,为新时期航卫保障提供参考依据。

Bronchial asthma（ BA） and obstructive sleep apnea（ OSA） are respiratory diseases that seriously endanger the flight safety. Their coexistence in the same individual is called the overlap syndrome（ OS）. In this paper,the authors reviewed the research progress of epidemiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,and treatment strategies of the OS,and tried to provide the evidence for aeromedical support in a new period.
