肥胖和2型糖尿病对青少年心脏舒张功能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of obesity and type 2 diabetes on cardiac diastolic function in adolescents

摘要 目的评估肥胖及肥胖相关2型糖尿病对青少年心脏舒张功能的影响。方法受试者分为非肥胖对照组、肥胖组和肥胖合并2型糖尿病组;采用超声心动图分析比较各组受试者心脏舒张功能,进行统计学分析。结果研究发现与非肥胖对照组比较,肥胖组和肥胖合并2型糖尿病组的青少年患者心脏舒张功能存在早期异常改变,从非肥胖组到肥胖组再到肥胖合并2型糖尿病组,受试者的心脏舒张功能逐渐下降,肥胖合并2型糖尿病组的舒张功能最低(P<0.05)。结论与非肥胖组比较,肥胖组和肥胖合并2型糖尿病组显示出舒张功能的改变,其中肥胖相关糖尿病组下降幅度最大;结果显示,肥胖合并2型糖尿病的青少年进展为早期心力衰竭的风险可能性增加。 Objective To evaluate the effects of obesity and obesity related type 2 diabetes on cardiac diastolic function in adolescents. Methods The subjects were divided into non obese control group,obesity group and obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus group. Analysis and comparison between subjects in cardiac diastolic function by using ultrasonic beckoning diagram,and statistical analysis. Results Compared with the non obese control group,early abnormal changes of teenagers diastolic function were found in obesity group and obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus group. From the non obese group to the obese group and obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus group,the subjects of cardiac diastolic function decreased,the minimum diastolic function was found in obesity and type 2 diabetes group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Compared with non obese group,obesity group and obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus group showed cardiac diastolic function changes,the largest decline in obesity related diabetes group. Abese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus adolescents may increase the risk of early heart failure.
