摘要 本文从美国首部《视觉艺术教育法规》的历史沿革,探讨美国视觉艺术教育的焦点问题,着力论述法规的作用及影响力、美术教育改革的源动力、以文化传承为教育目标等几个方面,评述其局限性及对当代视觉艺术教育发展的启示。
