单侧解剖垫加对侧颌间牵引矫治恒牙期偏颌

Unilateral anatomic bite plate and intermaxillary elastic of the opposite side in the treatment of deviation in permanent dentition

目的评价单侧解剖垫加对侧颌间牵引矫治恒牙期偏颌的效果。方法恒牙期偏颌患者10例,在固定矫治器排齐上、下牙后,采用偏斜对侧解剖垫加偏斜侧颌间牵引矫治。结果治疗后10例患者偏颌均明显改善,颏部基本居中,前牙覆覆盖正常,磨牙为中性关系,上、下牙中线对齐。结论恒牙期偏颌患者采用单侧解剖牙合垫加对侧颌间牵引矫治可达满意效果。

Objective To evaluate the effect of unilateral anatomic bite plate and intermaxillary elastic of the opposite side on deviation in permanent dentition.Methods Ten patients with deviation in permanent dentition received intermaxillary elastic of the deviated side and anatomic bite plate of the opposite side after the upper and lower teeth were aligned with fixed appliance.Results Deviation was corrected obviously after treatment.All patients acquired symmetric chin,normal overjet and overbite,neutral molar relationship,and consistent midline.Conclusion The effect of unilateral anatomic bite plate and intermaxillary elastic of the opposite side is satisfied in the treatment of deviation in permanent dentition.
