遗传性进行性心脏传导疾病一例诊治体会
摘要
患者，女性，46岁，香港人，于2012年10月27日因“突发晕厥半小时”收住我院心内科。否认高血压、糖尿病史。有“心律失常：完全性右束支传导阻滞合并左后分支传导阻滞”病史20余年，无任何不适，未予特殊治疗。
