高龄粗隆间粉碎性骨折人工股骨头置换术的临床观察

Clinical observation of artificial femoral head replacement in senile intertrochanteric comminuted fracture

目的观察高龄粗隆间粉碎性骨折人工股骨头置换术的临床效果。方法 29例股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折患者,均接受人工股骨头置换术处理,术后观察治疗效果,并随访观察预后情况。结果本组患者术中未发生死亡事件,术后随访1-2年发现患者骨折复位良好,已具备基本生活自理能力,治疗优良率86.2%。结论对于高龄粗隆间粉碎性骨折患者而言,人工股骨头置换术治疗效果确切,可有效缩短患者卧床时间,有利于患者早期开展髋部功能锻炼,降低并发症发生率,临床应予以推广和使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of artificial femoral head replacement in senile intertrochanteric comminuted fracture. Methods A total of 29 patients with intertrochanteric comminuted fracture received artificial femoral head replacement. Curative effect was observed, and prognosis was observed by follow-up. Results There was no death case. The 1~2 years follow-up showed their fractures recovery were good, and patients regained basic self-help ability. The good rate was 86.2%. Conclusion In terms of senile intertrochanteric comminuted fracture patients, artificial femoral head replacement has good curative effect, and it can reduce bed time and incidence of complications, while promoting early hip functional exercise. This treatment method should be promoted and applied in clinic.
