摘要
目的:通过对西藏卫生人力资源的现状进行分析,为西藏将来制定合理的卫生人力资源配置提供参考。方法:根据官方统计数据,对西藏2011年卫生人员数量、年龄、职称与学历、专业构成和地域分布进行分析。结果:西藏目前卫生人员总量不足,职称和学历偏低,地域分布不均衡,28.75%的卫生技术人员集中在拉萨。结论:应进一步增加西藏卫生人力资源总量,同时优化卫生人力资源配置。
Objective:Through analyzing the current status of health human resources in Tibet,references for designing reasonable health human resource allocation in Tibet were provided.Methods:According to official statistics, quantity, age, title and qualification of Tibet health professionals in 2011 were analyzed.Results:The quantity of health professionals was sufficient,the title and qualification was relative low,the regional distribution was imbalanced. 28.75% health professionals concentrated in Lhasa.Conclusion:It is needed to further increase amount of health human resources in Tibet,while optimizing allocation of health human resources.
