医院药事服务费定价方法研究

Study on Pricing Methods of Pharmaceutical Service Fee in hospitals

目的:为政府药事服务费定价提供决策信息。方法:以样本医院卫生财务年报和调查资料为基础,设计指标体系,采用差价平移补偿、成本补偿和成本加价等三种方式对药事服务费的收费标准进行测算和分析。结果:各种定价方式各有利弊。结论:以门诊诊次和住院床日为计量单位定价更规范。

Objective：To provide information for making decision on pricing the pharmaceutical service.Methods：Based on health financial year newspaper of sample hospitals and investigation data, designing indicator system, price difference transferring compensation, cost compensation and cost addition were applied to estimate and analyze the charging standard of medicine pharmaceutical service.Results：Various pricing methods had both advantages and disadvantages.Conclusion：The outpatient visits and hospitalization day were more standardized for pricing.
