在现代药物研发中,经常采用天然开发、药物合成提纯、副作用转变法等手段。丹参素是易溶于水的一种酸。在科学家们近十几年的研究和不断创新下,发现3,4-二烃基苯丙酮酸在乳酸脱氧酶及辅助因子NADH和FDH存在下可以生成丹参素,同时发现,左旋多巴在酶催化下生成3,4-二烃基苯丙酮酸,即将左旋多巴在室温下经70%水合(CF3CO)20处理后水解得到。在合成丹参素冰片酯时,要注意清洁生产,做好防护措施,减少合成过程中产生的有毒物质和含量。
