摘要 当前,数控机床因其自动化程度较高、加工产品精度好、质量稳定、改善劳动强度、柔性好等优点,在机械制造业中得到了较为广泛的应用。对数控机床加工过程中的误差原因进行分析,掌握常用的故障诊断方法,对数控机床进行定期检查维护,防范电气故障,控制机床几何精度,从而提高机床机械加工效率。 Currently, because of its high degree of automation of CNC machine tools, precision machining product is good and stable quality, improve labor intensity, good flexibility, etc., in the machinery manufacturing industry has been more widely used. The reason for the error CNC machining process to analyze and master common troubleshooting methods, regular inspection and maintenance of CNC machine tools, electrical fault prevention, control geometric precision machine tools, machine tools to improve processing efficiency.
