摘要
我国高新区自上世纪90年代建立至今,已经极大地推动了区域经济的发展。然而公共服务设施配套作为高新区的重要组成部分,其暴露出的问题已经严重影响到了高新区的长远发展。本文以新余高新区为例,详细阐述了其公共服务设施配置存在的问题和它在急速扩张过程中衍生出的一些特殊问题。最后通过对问题的梳理,进而探寻公共服务配置的优化对策,以求为同类型高新区公共服务设施配置的提供参考。
Our high-tech district esablished since the 1990s, so far, has greatly promoted the development of regional economy. However, the public service facilities as an important part of high-tech zone, the exposed problems have severely affected the long-term development of the high- tech district. Based on at high-tech district as an example, this paper detailed expounds the problems existing in the public service facilities configuration and it is derived in the process of rapid expansion of some special problems. Finally, on the question of the sort, and then optimize the countermeasures to explore public service configuration, in order to provide reference for the same type of high-tech district of public service facilities configuration.
