精细化管理背景下的旧城差异化改造研究——以长沙市天心区旧城改造为例

伴随城市发展转型,城市规划管理逐渐走向精细化。本文以长沙市天心区旧城改造为例,结合地区基础调研、历史价值分析、现状用地研究、现存问题剖析、国内案例启示、国外机制借鉴,提出了以片区控规和城市设计共同指导旧城开发建设,通过城市规划编制与管理机制制定,对不同地块制定不同的发展战略定位和分期发展目标,实现旧城精细化管理和差异化改造。
