舒适护理在80例腹部手术患者中的实施效果观察

Observations of Implementation Effect of Comfort Nursing in 80 Cases of Abdominal Surgery

目的:探讨舒适护理在腹部手术患者中的实施效果。方法:将160例腹部手术患者随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予舒适护理,观察两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者进食时间、排气时间、排便时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者舒适度和护理满意度分别为96.25%、97.50%,均显著高于对照组的71.25%、76.25%(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理可促进腹部手术患者康复,提高舒适度及护理质量。

Objective To investigate the implementation effect of comfort nursing in patients of abdominal surgery.Methods 160 cases of abdominal surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing while the observation group was treated with comfort nursing.Observations were carried out about the nursing effect.Results The time for feeding,venting and defecation of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The comfort level and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group were respectively 96.25% and 97.50%,significantly higher than 71.25% and 76.25% of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comfort nursing can improve the recovery of patients of abdominal surgery,and enhance the comfort level and nursing quality.
