醛鞣革屑对废水中单宁的吸附性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以醛鞣革屑为吸附剂,去除模拟单宁废水中的水解类粟木单宁或缩合类落叶松单宁,考察吸附剂用量、pH值、吸附时间、吸附温度等因素对2类单宁去除效果的影响。结果表明:随着吸附剂用量的增加,醛鞣革屑对2类单宁的去除率逐渐增加到最大。栗木单宁在30℃、pH值2、3h条件下的去除率较大;落叶松单宁的去除率在吸附条件为35℃、pH值6、5.5h时较大。醛鞣革屑对废水中落叶松单宁的去除率要高于栗木单宁。 The aldehyde tanning shavings was used as adsorbent to remove hydrolysable chestnut tannin or condensed larch tannin in simulate tannin wastewater. The influences of the dosage of adsorbent, pH, adsorption time and temperature on removal effect of two kinds of tannins were discussed. The results show that with the increase of the dosage of adsorbent, the removal rates of two kinds of tannins are increased gradually by aldehyde tanning shavings. The high removal rate of chestnut tannin is obtained with 30℃, pH 2 and 3h. The high removal rate of larch tannin is obtained with 35℃, pH 6 and 5.5h. The removal rate of larch tannin is higher than that of chestnut tannin in wastewater by aldehyde tanning shavings.
