摘要 解决钢勾心纵向刚度质量问题的首要工作是找出影响纵向刚度的因素及其机制。通过整理分析检测数据,比较了钢勾心各参数对纵向刚度的影响。结果显示,纵向刚度虽由横截面形状决定,但也受纵向弯曲程度的影响,硬度的影响可以忽略不计;筋高是决定性因素,并以多次方的方式影响纵向刚度,增加厚度、宽度、弯曲程度和降低相对筋宽,都可提高纵向刚度,改变长度和硬度,对纵向刚度的影响不大。 In order to improve shank's longitudinal stiffness, the primary task was to identify the factors and mechanism of influencing the longitudinal stiffness. Through collecting and analyzing the data from the testing, the impact of factors on longitudinal stiffness were compared. It shows that, the longitudinal stiffness is depended on the cross-section shape, but it is influenced by longitudinal bending, and the impact of hardness can be ignored. The rib height is the primary factor, which affects the longitudinal stiffness with the way of N-th power. Moreover, the longitudinal stiffness can be enhanced by increasing the thickness, width and toe spring, and reducing the relative rib width of the shanks, while there is no significant impact on longitudinal stiffness by changing the length and hardness.
