摘要
目的:评价机体免疫功能与带状疱疹的相关性。方法:选取25例带状疱疹患者和30名对照者,流式细胞术检测CD4^+T细胞、CD3^+T细胞、CD8^+T细胞、CD4/CD8及NK细胞。结果:与对照组相比较,患病组CD4^+T细胞、CD3^+T细胞降低,NK细胞升高。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:带状疱疹存在免疫功能异常。
Objective：To measure peripheral blood T lymphocytes and NK cell in the patients with herpes zoster.Methods：The levels of CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 and NK cell were measured with flow cytometry in 25 patients with herpes zoster and 30 normal controls.Results：Compared with the controls,The number of CD4＋ T lymphocytes and CD3＋T lymphocytes were decreased in the blood samples of herpes zoster patients,while NK cell was increased （P＜0.05）.Conclusion：There exists immunity dysfunction in the patients with herpes zoster.
