E光联合调Q紫翠宝石激光治疗光老化皮肤的疗效观察

Assessment of E-light combined with Q switched Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of photoaging diseases

目的:评价E光联合调Q激光治疗光老化皮肤的疗效及安全性。方法:对136例光老化性皮肤病患者,首先使用E光嫩肤治疗,每月1次,共治疗3次。2个半月后再使用调Q 755 nm紫翠宝石激光治疗1次。结果:经3次E光治疗后,患者的光老化明显改善。再经过1次的紫翠宝石激光治疗,改善更明显。结论:E光联合调Q激光治疗面部光老化性皮肤安全有效。

Objective：To assess the efficacy of E-light combined with Q switched Nd： YAG laser on photoaging diseases.Methods：One hundred and thirty-six patients with photoaging diseases were treated with E -light,once a month for 3 times.The patients were retreated with 755 nm Q switched Nd：YAG laser 2.5 months later.Results：Skin photoaging issue was improved after E-light therapy and the improvement was even more obvious after retreatment with 755 nm Q switched Nd： YAG laser.Conclusion：E-light combined with Q switched Nd：YAG laser is safe and effective in the treatment of photoaging.
